The intention of the writing has been to explore shame, femaleness, reproduction, sex, the body. A specific goal within the intention has been to explore, to excavate, to say out loud the choice to make the female self, the female body a priority, to decide when and under what circumstances to allow another life to inhabit it. Patriarchal ideology has decided for the female body that it is a “host” for life and not, in itself, a life. And, further, that it, the female body, can be a source for pleasure, but that its pleasure is derivative.

i was remembering ... first I was remembering you and then your words and then your stories and the healing they carry. then i was remembering all the times of being heard and of being touched and of being connected. I was remembering of the incredibly powerful gift of being a human being, being able to tell, to touch, to share, to heal. thank you Gabe. I am so thankful for having met you - so many years ago. And I am thankful for that rainy walk through the woods and the old tree that made me think of you - so many years after. whoever brought you along today :) thank you dear :) ! and i really want to know how you are, what shatters and rebuilds and reveals and fulfills you in these times ... sending you love from Austria.
